Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Athlekid processes personal data when you visit athlekid.us, join the IQ360 early-access list or contact us.
1. Who controls your data
The data controller is Athlekid sp. z o.o., Tadeusza Kościuszki 27C, 85-079 Bydgoszcz, Poland, entered in the Polish National Court Register under KRS 0001240993, NIP 9671498339 and REGON 544785557.

Providing data is voluntary. Without an email address, we cannot add you to the early-access list. Without the information needed to understand an enquiry, we may be unable to answer it.
3. Email communication
When you join the early-access list, we send information about IQ360, the Kickstarter campaign, product updates and campaign rewards. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
We do not require a first name for early-access signup and we do not ask subscribers to provide health information or data about a child.
4. GetResponse and other recipients
We use GetResponse S.A., Grunwaldzka 413, 80-309 Gdańsk, Poland, to provide embedded forms, maintain contact lists, send email and measure activity connected with email campaigns. GetResponse acts as our processor for these services.
Data may also be available to hosting, IT, security, legal and accounting providers where necessary to operate the website or meet legal obligations. We require service providers to process personal data only for agreed purposes and with appropriate safeguards.
GetResponse may use sub-processors and infrastructure in the European Economic Area and other countries, including Canada and the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA without an adequacy decision, safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses are used. 5. How long we keep data
- Early-access and email marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent, unsubscribe or the communication purpose ends.
- A minimal suppression record may be kept after unsubscribe so that we respect your choice and do not add the address back without a new legal basis.
- Contact enquiries are normally kept for up to 24 months after the conversation ends. Records connected with a contract, dispute or legal obligation may be kept longer for the applicable limitation or statutory period.
- Consent and compliance records may be kept for the period needed to demonstrate compliance and defend claims.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or a copy of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing at any time. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Send requests to athlekid@athlekid.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland through uodo.gov.pl, or with another competent supervisory authority.
Residents of countries or US states with additional privacy rights may contact us using the same address. We do not sell personal data.
8. Children's privacy
IQ360 is a product for young players, but this website and its forms are directed to parents, guardians, coaches and other adults. A person under 16 should not submit a form or join the email list without a parent or guardian acting on their behalf. We do not knowingly use this website to collect personal data directly from children. If you believe a child has provided data without appropriate permission, contact us and we will investigate and delete it where required.
9. Security and changes
We use proportionate organisational and technical measures to protect personal data, including access controls, secure service providers and HTTPS on the production website. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
